3M™ Anisotropic Conductive Film 7376-10
3M™ ACF 7376-10 is a heat-bondable, anisotropic conductive film that uses a thermoset-elastomer and thermoplastic adhesive matrix filled with conductive particles. These particles enable interconnection of circuit pads while maintaining electrical insulation in the x and y axes. It is designed for bonding flexible printed circuits (FPC) in electronic assemblies.
