3M™ Fluorinert™ FC-40
3M™ Fluorinert™ FC-40 is a thermally stable, non-conductive fluid used in single-phase electronic heat transfer systems. Its wide liquid temperature range and chemical inertness make it ideal for semiconductor, CVD, and TFT manufacturing processes.
FC-40 Features:
