The transparent polyester tape known as 3M High Shear Pressure Sensitive Cover Tape 2668 contains a synthetic adhesive zone on both edges, which is effective at room temperature. This tape also includes a static dissipative blocker film on the side that comes into contact with components. It is specifically designed for use in wafer-level chip scale packages (WLCSP) applications.
