3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Acrylic Adhesive DP8405NS is a non-sag, tough, two-part acrylic adhesive that provides rapid, high-strength bonds on a variety of substrates. It is engineered for excellent adhesion to many plastics and metals, including those with slightly oily surfaces, often with minimal surface preparation. This adhesive features a fast rate of strength build, reaching structural strength (1,000 psi) in approximately 20 minutes, making it perfect for fast-paced production environments. With a 5-minute work life, it allows for quick positioning before setting. Integrated spacer beads help control bond line thickness, ensuring consistent and reliable performance with excellent shear, peel, and impact strength.
