3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Composite Surfacing Film AF 325 M, Blue, is a thermosetting epoxy film designed to deliver a high-quality finish on composite parts. It creates a smooth, void-free surface with minimal pinholes, which significantly reduces the time and labor required for surface filling, fairing, or sanding during pre-paint preparation. The blue color provides excellent contrast against common underlying composite prepregs, enhancing visual inspection and process control. This low-density surfacing film is co-cure compatible with most epoxy systems at 250°F (121°C) and 350°F (177°C) and maintains performance from -67°F (-55°C) to 300°F (149°C), making it ideal for aerospace applications.
