3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Composite Surfacing Film AF 325LS is an advanced thermosetting epoxy film designed for surfacing composites in critical applications. It delivers a smooth, void-free surface with minimal pinholes, reducing the need for post-cure filling, sanding, and pre-paint preparation. A key feature of AF 325LS is its integrated copper mesh for lightning strike protection, making it essential for aerospace structures. This film is co-cure compatible with most epoxy composite prepregs at both 250°F (121°C) and 350°F (177°C) and performs reliably from -67°F (-55°C) to 300°F (149°C). Available in blue and white, it offers color contrast for easier processing and inspection.
