3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Composite Surfacing Film AF 325 LS is a thermosetting epoxy film specifically designed to create a flawless finish on composite parts. Its low-density formulation produces a smooth, void-free surface with minimal pinholes, significantly reducing the need for subsequent filling, sanding, or other pre-paint preparation. A key feature of this film is an integrated copper mesh that provides effective lightning strike protection. AF 325 LS is co-cure compatible with most 250°F and 350°F epoxy composite prepreg systems and maintains excellent performance across a wide temperature range from -67°F to 300°F (-55°C to 149°C), making it a superior choice for the aerospace industry.
