3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Composite Surfacing Film AF 325 M is a thermosetting epoxy film developed to create a superior finish on composite parts. It produces a smooth, void-free surface with minimal pinholes, significantly reducing the need for subsequent filling, fairing, sanding, and pre-paint preparation. This low-density film is co-cure compatible with most epoxy composite prepregs at both 250°F (121°C) and 350°F (177°C). Available in white and blue, it provides color contrast against the underlying prepreg for easier inspection. AF 325 M performs reliably across a wide service temperature range of -67°F (-55°C) to 300°F (149°C), making it an ideal choice for aerospace applications.
