Product Introduction
3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive DP100 Plus LH is a fast-setting, two-part epoxy adhesive that combines high shear strength with good peel performance, a unique quality among mercaptan-cured epoxies. It delivers a strong, permanent bond that withstands vibration and impact, making it ideal for demanding applications. With a low halogen formulation, it is particularly well-suited for bonding electronic devices and effectively adheres to metals, ceramics, glass, wood, and many plastics. Its low viscosity allows for easy, self-leveling dispensing, perfect for filleting and potting. The adhesive has a two to four-minute work life, reaches handling strength in about 20 minutes, and achieves a full cure in 48 hours at room temperature.
