3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive EC-2214 Hi-Temperature is a one-part, 100% solids, heat-curing adhesive engineered for high-temperature metal bonding. This aluminum-filled adhesive has a pliable paste consistency that stays in place with no sagging, allowing for easy and precise application. It delivers higher temperature strength compared to the regular EC-2214 version, maintaining excellent structural strength at temperatures up to 350ºF (177ºC). Formulated to create smooth, clean bond lines, it performs exceptionally well in temperature ranges between 180°F to 350°F (82°C to 177°C), making it ideal for bonding steel and other metals. The adhesive cures with heat between 250°F and 300°F (121°C to 149°C) and offers excellent tooling properties to streamline production workflows in demanding aerospace and industrial settings.
