3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive EC-2615 B/A LW is a tough, two-part epoxy adhesive that cures at room temperature to deliver high shear and peel strength for demanding aerospace applications. It maintains strong performance at both low and elevated temperatures, is highly resistant to environmental conditions, and is flexible enough to withstand vibrations. Formulated with a long work life and low sag characteristics, it allows for precise, controlled applications on a variety of substrates, including metals and many plastics. With a convenient 2:1 mix ratio, this adhesive offers a 60-minute work time for positioning and adjustment. It cures fully in 7 hours at room temperature, with the option to accelerate the cure with heat. Available in both off-white and charcoal colors, it can be dispensed via duo-pak cartridges for clean, accurate application with minimal waste, making it an excellent replacement for mechanical fasteners.
