3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive EC-3531 B/A FR is a two-part, self-extinguishing epoxy adhesive specifically engineered for applications requiring flame retardancy. This structural adhesive meets the 14 CFR 25.853(a) vertical burn test requirements, making it ideal for aerospace and other critical industries. It offers a 4-8 minute work life, providing sufficient time to position parts before setting. Supplied in a convenient dual-syringe cartridge for the 3M™ EPX™ Applicator System, it ensures accurate 1:1 mixing and minimal waste. This versatile adhesive provides a strong bond on surfaces including steel, aluminum, plastics, rubber, and glass, and is formulated without intentionally added brominated or antimony-based flame retardants.
