3M™ Scotch-Weld™ PUR Adhesive TE200 is a high-performance, 100% solids adhesive that merges the rapid initial bonding speed of a hot melt with the structural strength of a urethane. This versatile adhesive is ideal for bonding wood and select plastics, forming durable, plasticizer-resistant bonds. Its low viscosity allows it to create very thin, precise bond lines ranging from 0.001 to 0.003 inches, making it perfect for fine woodworking and cabinetry. With a 4-minute open time for part positioning and a 120-second set time, it accelerates assembly processes. The formula contains no VOCs and includes a UV dye, allowing for easy bond line inspection under a black light to ensure complete coverage and quality control.
