3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Structural Adhesive EW2020 is a one-part epoxy adhesive specially formulated for high humidity resistance and excellent durability. This aluminum-filled, low-viscosity adhesive provides exceptional structural performance, maintaining its overlap shear strength even after being subjected to a Pressure Cooker Test. Key properties include a high dielectric strength of 2.0 kV/mm for electrical insulation and a glass transition temperature of 120°C for stability at elevated temperatures. As a one-part epoxy, 3M™ EW2020 eliminates the need for mixing and cures on demand with heat, offering simplified processing and reliable performance in challenging environments.
