Product Introduction
3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Structural Adhesive EW2030 is a robust, one-part epoxy adhesive engineered for superior performance in high-humidity environments. It provides excellent retention of overlap shear strength, even under demanding Pressure Cooker Test conditions, ensuring long-term bond durability. This adhesive also features a high dielectric strength of 19 kV/mm, making it suitable for applications where electrical insulation is critical. With a glass transition temperature of 120°C and a silica filler, EW2030 requires heat to cure. As a one-part system, it eliminates the need for mixing, weighing, or concerns about work life limitations, simplifying the manufacturing process.
