Product Introduction
3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Structural Adhesive Film AF 15 is a 3 mil thick, unsupported nitrile-phenolic adhesive film supplied with a protective liner for easy handling. This orange-colored adhesive is engineered to deliver long-term durability and maximum elevated temperature strength in metal-to-metal bonded structures. While offering exceptional strength with very short cure cycles at 350°F (175°C), it also maintains excellent flexibility, peel resistance, and low-temperature properties. Similar in composition to 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Bonding Film AF 31, AF 15 provides high fracture toughness and peel strength for dependable, long-term performance. It operates effectively across a wide temperature range from -67°F to 300°F (-55°C to 150°C) and is compatible with 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Structural Adhesives Primer EC 2174, making it suitable for diverse and challenging environmental conditions.
