Product Introduction
3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Toughened Epoxy Adhesive LSB60 is a high-performance, two-part epoxy engineered for outstanding shear adhesion and exceptional durability. With a long 90-minute work life and an easy 1:1 mix ratio, it is ideal for bulk applications using meter mix dispensing equipment and for manufacturing large panel products, such as honeycomb panels. This adhesive is toughened to provide high resistance against shock, vibration, and impact loads. LSB60 allows for the use of thinner, lighter materials by distributing stress uniformly across the entire bonded area, eliminating the distortion that can occur with mechanical fasteners. It dispenses as a medium-viscosity, self-leveling formula for easy and controlled application.
