Product Introduction
3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Urethane Adhesive EC-3549 B/A is a versatile two-part urethane adhesive that delivers high peel strength and impact resistance for durable structural bonds. It provides excellent adhesion to a wide range of materials, including primed or painted metals, plastics, wood, and composites. The formula becomes sag-resistant approximately 30 seconds after mixing, preventing drips and ensuring precise application. With an extended 60-minute work life, there is ample time for positioning parts before the adhesive sets. It cures at room temperature (reaching handling strength in seven days) or can be heat-accelerated, offering flexibility to meet different production speeds and requirements.
