Product Introduction
3M™ Structural Adhesive SA9820 is a two-part epoxy formulated for OEM automotive applications, excelling at bonding carbon composites and dissimilar materials like aluminum, even on oily surfaces. It cures at low temperatures (as low as 80°C) yet delivers the performance of a one-part adhesive. A key feature is its production flexibility, allowing bonded substructures to be stored for up to two months before full curing. Its non-sag formula and visual mix indicator make it suitable for both manual and robotic application.
