The groove of the rotation gear is filled with fluid when gear engagement is released at the intake. When the space caused by the gear casing and plate is filled with fluid, the fluid moves to the discharging side, following the internal circumference of the casing. The fluid in the discharge side flows by the engagement of the gears.
