BECTRON® PU 4512 is a two-component polyurethane resin designed for general-purpose electronic encapsulation. With high elasticity (Shore 70 A) and low viscosity (900 mPas), it offers excellent flow and gap-filling capabilities while withstanding temperatures up to +110 °C for 20,000 hours.
