BECTRON® SK 75L2-30 / SG 79V5-30 is a high-performance two-component silicone encapsulant developed for electronic potting applications requiring excellent heat dissipation and mechanical protection. With a thermal conductivity of 0.9 W/mK and viscosity of 10,500 mPas, it ensures strong thermal management and reliable performance in environments up to 180 °C for 20,000 hours.
