Product Introduction
Cemedine SX720W is a white, one-part elastic adhesive based on a special silyl-group polymer, engineered specifically for electrical and electronic components. It cures at room temperature to provide quick initial adhesion, high tack strength, and long-term durability. This high-performance adhesive is UL94V-0 flame retardant and offers excellent electrical insulation. It is also environmentally safe, formulated without halogen, low molecular weight siloxane, or other harmful chemical substances, making it a globally compliant solution for demanding electronic assembly and sealing tasks.

- Thermal Stability: Performs well with a glass transition point of -64°C and thermal conductivity of 0.91 W/m·K.
- Superior Electrical Insulation: Offers a high volume resistivity of 2.1×10¹² Ω·cm.
- Environmentally Friendly: Contains no halogen-based, antimony oxide, or phosphorus-based compounds.
- Contamination-Free: Free of low molecular weight siloxane compounds (D3–D10) to protect sensitive electronics.
