Cemedine SX720WH is a white, one-part adhesive based on a special silyl-group polymer, designed for the assembly of electrical and electronic components. It provides high tack performance, rapid curing at room temperature, and excellent electrical insulation properties without requiring any mixing. With its enhanced hardness and improved thermal conductivity, SX720WH ensures reliable sealing and bonding. This environmentally safe adhesive is free from halogen, low molecular weight siloxane, and other hazardous chemicals, making it a globally compliant solution for high-demand electronics applications.

- One-Component System: Cures at normal temperature and humidity with no mixing needed.
- Fast Handling: White paste with a quick tack-free time of 8 minutes for accelerated production.
- Firm Mechanical Strength: High viscosity of 85 Pa·s and Shore A hardness of 81 provide a strong, rigid bond.
- Strong Adhesion: Features a tensile shear adhesive strength of 3.2 N/mm² and a breaking strength of 3.2 N/mm².
- Semi-Rigid Bonding: 50% elongation makes it suitable for applications requiring limited flexibility.
- Thermally Stable: Offers a glass transition point of -69°C and thermal conductivity of 0.92 W/m·K.
- Excellent Insulation: Provides a high volume resistivity of 1.7×10¹² Ω·cm.
- Environmentally Safe: Free from halogen-based substances, antimony oxide, and phosphorus-based compounds.
- Contamination Control: Does not contain low molecular weight siloxane compounds (D3–D10).
