ECC4865 is a silicone conformal coating that cures thermally and is solvent-free. It is a low-viscosity product that can be applied through flow coating, brushing, spraying or dipping. It has been proven to offer excellent protection against moisture and environmental factors for electronic assemblies and printed circuit boards.
