Aquanel® 014-3997/40 is a single-component, solventless emulsion developed for the impregnation of stators, rotors, and small transformers. This zero-VOC formula combines high bond strength with excellent chemical and moisture resistance. It is typically applied using trickle and roll dip methods on pre-heated, rotating components, ensuring efficient penetration, rapid gelation, and reliable curing either in-process or in a secondary oven.
