ELANTAS ELAN-protect® UP 240 is a two-component unsaturated polyester resin containing acrylate, engineered with high reactivity for impregnating small to medium-sized automotive alternators. It ensures efficient resin distribution and reliable curing performance in trickle and dip-roll processes.
Typical cure schedule: 1 hour at 140°C or 30 minutes at 160°C
