Product Introduction
MICARES® X1087BK / P978 is a two-component polyurethane casting resin system designed for electrical and electronics potting applications. With its self-extinguishing, UL 94 V-0 certification and excellent dielectric properties, it ensures long-term thermal and mechanical protection for sensitive electronic components.
Features of MICARES® X1087BK / P978:
- Two-component polyurethane system (100:20 mix ratio).
- Self-extinguishing and UL 94 V-0 certified for fire safety.
- RTI (Relative Thermal Index) of 130°C for thermal resistance.
- Excellent adhesion to both metallic and non-metallic surfaces.

- Low dielectric loss with strong resistance to tracking.
