HumiSeal® 1C49 is a high-performance, VOC-free silicone conformal coating engineered to provide superior moisture and environmental protection for printed circuit assemblies (PCAs). Ideal for use in harsh environments, this coating offers both moisture-curing and dual-curing options for long-term reliability.
HumiSeal® 1C49 Features:
- Moisture-curing formula with a high build thickness (50-200 microns).
- Outstanding flexibility and UV fluorescence for easy inspection.
- Solvent-free and repairable formulation for added convenience.
- Dual curing: 24 hours at room temperature or 20 minutes at 76°C.
- Compliance with MIL-I-46058C, IPC-CC-830, and RoHS standards.
