HumiSeal 1C63 is a silicone conformal coating that cures through UV RTV and oxime-type methods. It offers superior protection against moisture and environmental factors for printed circuit assemblies. This non-corrosive, single-component coating can cure in ambient or elevated temperatures upon exposure to either UV light or atmospheric moisture. Upon UV exposure, the material becomes tack-free. Any unexposed areas of the coating will cure within 24 hours at ambient temperature and 50 relative humidity through secondary moisture curing. HumiSeal 1C63 boasts self-leveling properties and excellent weathering resistance. It is UL File Number E105698 recognized and compliant with RoHS Directive 2011 65 EC.
