HumiSeal® UV92 is a high-performance, soft, one-part UV-curable masking material designed for temporary protection during conformal coating applications. It is easy to apply due to its shear-thinning viscosity profile and cures completely upon exposure to UV light, forming an effective barrier that blocks coatings from entering designated keep-out areas. The product provides excellent solvent resistance, ensuring clean and selective removal without damaging surrounding coatings. Withstanding intermittent thermal exposure up to 150°C, HumiSeal® UV92 offers reliable performance in demanding processing environments. It is fully compliant with REACH and RoHS regulations.
