Overview
Insulcast RTVS A-4000, developed by ITW Performance Polymer, is a high-performance, two-component silicone resin adhesive that is solvent-based. This adhesive is specifically designed for exceptional bonding, offering outstanding lap shear and peel strength, even under elevated temperatures. Insulcast RTVS A-4000 effectively adheres to silicones, Mylar, metals, and various engineering plastics, ensuring significant peel strength up to 300°F (149°C). Moreover, it retains its flexibility across a broad temperature range, from -73°C to 260°C.
