LiPOLY® TIM12 Thermal Conductive Adhesive Gel
TIM12 is a cost-effective two-part silicone thermal gel that provides 2.0 W/m*K conductivity for IC packaging cooling applications. It does not require refrigeration and is compatible with automation systems.
