LiPOLY® TIM14 Two-Part Thermal Conductive Gel
TIM14 is a high-performance, two-part silicone thermal gel with 4.0 W/m*K conductivity. It is designed to fill micro air gaps in chip packaging and does not require cold-chain storage.
