LOCTITE® 620 Retaining Compound
LOCTITE® 620 is a high-strength retaining adhesive designed for cylindrical fittings with bond gaps up to 0.2 mm. It cures in the absence of air between close-fitting metal parts and resists loosening from shock and vibration. With excellent thermal resistance, it is ideal for high-temperature assemblies such as locating pins and bearings in automotive applications.
LOCTITE® 620 Features
- High temperature resistance up to 230°C (450°F)
- Prevents metal fretting and corrosion
- Seals against leakage caused by vibration and shock
LOCTITE® 620 Applications
- Retaining shafts, gears, and pulleys
- Ideal for bushings and sleeves in housings
- Automotive transmission and radiator assemblies
