LOCTITE® DRI 2250-W™ is a versatile, medium to high-strength pre-applied threadlocker designed for automotive applications, ensuring reliable adhesion on both plain and passivated metal surfaces. This innovative product boasts superior heat resistance up to 220°C and excellent solvent resistance, ideal for demanding environments. Its unique dry-to-the-touch film contains microcapsules that release an active ingredient during assembly, initiating the curing process and preventing loosening of threaded fasteners. Once cured, it also serves as an effective thread sealant. LOCTITE® DRI 2250-W™ is especially beneficial in high volume production settings where traditional liquid application is impractical, providing immediate usability of threaded parts in adhesive joints.
