Momentive TSE3991 is a one-component silicone with ultra-low viscosity that transforms into an elastomeric rubber upon exposure to humidity in the air at room temperature. It has a speedy surface cure and does not corrode metals, including delicate ones like copper. It emits no unpleasant smells during curing and adheres well to various substrates. The cured material boasts exceptional anti-reversion properties, can withstand high and low temperatures, and has good electrical insulation properties, weather resistance, and water resistance. It is perfect for general-purpose adhesive sealing, potting, and coating of electronic and electrical parts.
