Product Introduction
PERMABOND® MH199 is an anaerobic material designed for creating “formed in situ” gaskets between metal surfaces. It offers an effective alternative to conventional gaskets, reducing stock requirements. The material ensures no shrinkage, creep, or relaxation after curing, eliminating the need for bolt re-tightening, and offers excellent resistance to chemicals and high temperatures up to 200°C.
PERMABOND® MH199 Features
- Replaces conventional gaskets
- Does not creep or shrink
- Good high-pressure resistance
- High-temperature resistance up to 200°C
- No shimming effect
PERMABOND® MH199 Applications
- Forming gaskets between metal surfaces
- Sealing high-pressure systems
- High-temperature sealing
