SILTRUST TSE3331K EX is a two-part material, which cures with heat to a silicone rubber with excellent adhesive properties. It provides excellent flame retardant properties (UL94 V-0) and very stable dielectric properties over a broad temperature range.
Key Features
- Convenient 1:1 mix ratio by weight
- Low viscosity allows for superior flowability
- Excellent flammability properties (UL94 V-0 recognized)
- Excellent thermal conductivity properties
- Excellent adhesive properties. Primerless adhesion to many substrates
- Excellent heat resistance
Applications
- Potting of electronic parts requiring flammability and use under temperature extremes
- Potting of high voltage parts
- Impregnation/potting of motor coils
