We provide a broad selection of solder pastes, cored and solid wires, liquid fluxes and multiple alloys designed for specific applications following different requirements.
Three types of solder materials
Solder Paste
Solder paste develops in the direction of halogen-free, temperature stable.

Solder Wires
Key benefits:
- Broad range of melting points
- Durable mechanical bonding
- Range of diameters
- Low oxide formulations
- Formulations for both manual and automated processes

Solder ball
The same benefits but much smaller than the wire used for electrical applications. The solder balls can be placed manually or by automated equipment, and are held in place with a tacky flux. The ball grid array, chip-scale package, and flip chip packages generally use solder balls.

Flux for Pre-soldering
Key benefits:
- Exceptional soldering performance
- Electrically safe, high surface insulation resistance (SIR)
- Minimal residue
- Suited to a broad range of applications and metallic substrates
- For wave and selective soldering automated process
