The Standard Abrasives™ Surface Conditioning FE Belt streamlines workpiece preparation by delivering aggressive cutting, high edge durability, and flexibility. Its non-woven nylon mesh structure with embedded fabric supports one-step blending, deburring, and finishing, especially on ferrous materials.
Standard Abrasives™ Surface Conditioning FE Belt Features:

- Aluminum oxide abrasive for high initial and extended cut rate
- Open web adapts to surface irregularities and resists gouging
- Available in Very Fine, Medium, and Coarse grades
- Suitable for low-stretch applications

- Blending and deburring ferrous metals, stainless steel, and nickel/chrome alloys
- Removing large and micro burrs, edge radiusing, and die-cast flashings
