Product Introduction
The Standard Abrasives™ Unitized Block – 700 Series offers medium to hard density and superior durability in a 15″ x 15″ block. It is designed for tough deburring, cleaning, and finishing jobs that require increased aggressiveness. Its non-woven construction is much denser and stronger than standard buff and blend products, making it suitable for repeated wear, high-pressure edgework, and custom shaping for hand or tool use.
Standard Abrasives™ Unitized Block – 700 Series Features:
- Available in 15″ x 15″ blocks and a range of thicknesses for custom sizing
- Medium to hard density and choice of aluminum oxide or silicon carbide mineral
- Greater density and durability than 600 Series blocks
- Open web design is load-resistant for longer life
- Nylon strands will not melt or smear under heat
- Effective on ferrous and non-ferrous metals

- Aluminum oxide: Deburring gears, turbine blades, removing punched hole burrs, heavy flashing, and edge radiusing
