RTV silicone gels are a type of liquid silicone with low viscosity that transform into soft, gel-like elastomers when cured. They are intended to maintain dielectric integrity and offer exceptional protection to fragile electronic circuit assemblies that operate in challenging conditions. This gel series provides a variety of performance and processing options to meet your specific requirements, including one-part gels for effortless dispensing, flame-retardant gels, rugged gels, thixotropic gels, thermally conductive gels, and low-volatile gels.

TSE3070 is a durable silicone gel that comes in two parts. It has superior adhesion and tear resistance compared to standard gels. Its worklife is relatively long and it can cure in 24 hours at room temperature or more quickly at higher temperatures.
