2K Liquid Preparation GLT MF 1500 is the advanced machine used in mass production for better output of end products with larger working area. This product line is not only outstanding with the large dimension but also its multi-function to help manufacturers solve every problem during metering, mixing, and feeding 2K materials. GLT MF 1500 has two separate tank designed with liquid sensor, alarm function to automatically inspect the quality of material and refill if necessary. Tanks also have auto self-cleaning mode to remove and clean the remain material in the last section. Especially, there are two advanced options include vacuum defoaming function which helps to achieve guaranteed bubble-free, homogeneous compound during mixing process and glue pipe heating option to keep material’s flow continuous during feeding process. GLT MF 1200 has modular design which makes benefits for replacing, repairing and maintaining process.
