VYLOSHOT® GM-960-RK40 is a black, high-performance low-pressure molding material developed for electronic encapsulation applications where exceptional adhesion and insulation are paramount. This material stands out for its outstanding bonding capabilities, delivering extremely high peel and shear strengths on a variety of substrates including FR-4, PBT, and 6,6 Nylon. Its very high volume resistivity ensures superior electrical insulation. Combined with the benefits of a low-pressure process that protects delicate components, VYLOSHOT® GM-960-RK40 offers an advanced solution for creating durable, highly reliable, and miniaturized electronic assemblies in demanding environments.

- Provides superior electrical insulation with a volume resistivity exceeding 1.0 × 1015 Ω·cm.
