Product Introduction
BECTRON® PU 4539 is a flame-retardant, two-component polyurethane potting resin optimized for high-reliability electronics. With medium viscosity (4000 mPas) and thermal conductivity of 0.7 W/mK, it combines fire safety, thermal management, and mechanical protection, maintaining performance up to +130 °C for 20,000 hours.
BECTRON® PU 4539 Features:
- Two-component polyurethane system with 4000 mPas viscosity
- UL 94 V-0 certified flame retardancy
- Thermal conductivity of 0.7 W/mK
- Rated for +130 °C continuous use over 20,000 hours
- Medium Shore A hardness (56 A)
- Pot life of 40 minutes; cures in 24 hours at 25 °C or 40 minutes at 90 °C
- Low shrinkage and no exothermic curing behavior
- Zero VOC and environmentally friendly formulation
