BECTRON® PU 4539 is a flame-retardant, two-component polyurethane potting resin optimized for high-reliability electronics. With medium viscosity (4000 mPas) and thermal conductivity of 0.7 W/mK, it combines fire safety, thermal management, and mechanical protection, maintaining performance up to +130 °C for 20,000 hours.
