Plexus® MA805 is an advanced two-component methyl methacrylate (MMA) adhesive engineered for industrial metal bonding applications. This high-performance adhesive features low halogen content, superior insulating properties, and offers excellent strength, fatigue resistance, and impact toughness. It effectively bonds metals, thermoplastics, and composites, including magnesium and zinc alloys, with minimal surface preparation. The adhesive has an 8-minute working time and achieves high tensile shear strength on 6061 aluminum in 35-45 minutes at 23°C.
