Product Description
tesa® 52105 is a 50 µm double-sided transfer tape designed specifically for demanding lamination and converting applications. It features a water-based acrylic adhesive that provides excellent bonding strength across various substrates and ensures temperature resistance up to 180°C. With ultra-low VOC emissions—classified according to VDA 278—tesa® 52105 is particularly suitable for interior applications, including those in the automotive industry. The tape is highly conformable, allowing it to follow complex 3D shapes, and is available in efficient laminating lengths and widths. For applications requiring a thicker version, it is also offered as tesa® 52110 (100 µm).
